It is the sole responsibility of customer to sort the laundry prior of the pickup.  If unmarked, Laundry Wagon will assume that all items can be washed together regardless of their color. Laundry Wagon is not responsible for unclaimed items over 30 days. All items over 30 days will be given to donation.

Laundry Wagon  has the right to refuse any order. Laundry Wagon will use reasonable efforts to try and ensure that its cleaning service maintains a high quality service.

Laundry Wagon is not responsible for garments that bleeds, shrinks or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing. Laundry Wagon is not responsible for lost of articles unless proven that LOW was responsible for the loss.

 

Laundry Wagon  is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the garments or bags such as money, jewelry or anything else. Customer agrees not to leave such items in their garments or bag.
Laundry Wagon is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended for pick up or drop off, whether left by the customer or LOW agent.

Laundry Wagon will do its very best to remove all stains, however it is not guarantee the removal of all stains.  For better result, pre-treat the cloths.
Laundry Wagon is not responsible for garments labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” and is not responsible for checking for these labels in customer’s garments.  Please check garments before pick up date.

Laundry Wagon does not process items contaminated with blood, urine, feces or any other type of bodily fluid. Upon inspection, Laundry Wagon holds all rights to return the entire order unprocessed. A minimum charge of $100.00 will get applied – (this term does not apply to commercial, medical, corp., etc customers).
